Panicking ... just a little bit

I'm 32 1/2 weeks and I'm starting to freak out a little bit about the baby coming. I know, I have 8 more weeks until my due date. Aubrey was 5 days late and Allyson was induced on her due date with no signs of coming on her own. So let's face it this little one will be late unless I get induced again, so I have plenty of time but I'm really feeling the need to get lists and stuff ready for the hospital/baby's arrival.

Make a list of stuff for the hospital for Mommy, Conrad and baby.

I need to get a diaper bag. Actually I want to make one. We'll see if I actually do it.

I want to get the girls Big Sister shirts, get a little brother/sister onesie. I can't seem to find ones that I like that go together.

Speaking of clothes I need to get some boy clothes and wash some girly clothes. I'm not one for the unisex clothes.

We need to figure out/ask someone to watch the girlies.
I feel like I need to make a list of things for the girls and for whoever is going to be caring for them.

I guess that's really it. Ahhh it feels so much better just getting that out!!

  1. And you will feel so much better having things organized a bit. Even if you just write some of the things down, you know you won't forget and it will be okay.

For brother/sister shirts & onesies, have you looked at carters? I had a super hard time finding anything in Connor's size. Apparently clothing companies assume everyone spaces their kids out really far or something.

Let me know if I can do anything to help you prepare. Even if it is just hanging out with your kids while you get your bags packed!

Oh, and one more thing...I only bought one girl outfit and I was sure glad I did so Isla had something to come home from the hospital in! But seriously, people were bringing clothes to the hospital and our house, so if you have a boy just remember that. You don't have to buy a ton of clothes now because people will probably give some to you.
