Picture Tag

Here are the rules:

1. Choose the 4th folder where you store your pictures on your computer.

2. Select the 4th picture in the folder, insert it into a post.

3. Explain the picture.

4. Tag 4 people to do the same.

 

NO CHEATING! Cropping, editting, etc. 

 

This is Conrad and I in Hawaii after we got married. We were laying in a hammock...aww so romantic.

Surprise

What a wonderful husband I have. I was having a really crappy day on Monday. I was just really sad, and not in a good mood. When I came home from work this was my surprise!!  Aww. You are wonderful Conrad!! Thanks I love them! 

 

On a side note...

Looks like I'm going to be out of a job soon...like a month-ish. Room Source is going out of business, for real this time. The liquidation company is coming in next week and we will have a better estimate. So I'm looking for a job. I could use anything suggestions,  prayer..anything will be helpful and appreciated.

Terrific Twos

So it seems as though Aubrey is hitting her 2's a little too soon. This last week has been tough for Conrad and I... more for me. She has some how learned to throw herself on the floor when she doesn't get her way. It's like one day a light came on in her cute little head. She usually loves to put her jacket on cause she knows that she is going somewhere. I asked her to put it on and she screamed and threw herself on the ground, yelling MOMMY MOMMY. I would pick her up, and she wants down. Put her down and it's MOMMY MOMMY again. We went to the library for the "Wiggle Worm" story time. She wanted nothing to do with me. The librarian asked the kids to sit in their parents lap and sing a song. Aubrey again didn't want anything to do with my or my singing and threw a huge fit in front of everyone. It was so embarrassing, but I know this is what kids do but it's still urgh! But in time she got over it. I am learning more patience now then ever.

She is getting more and more of a personality too. She is putting words together. She knows what she wants and when she wants it. She is loving coloring right now. She can sit in her chair forever. She has bath crayons too, those are a hit. She can sit in the bath until she wrinkly. The littlest things can this girl happy. She is just a happy little almost two year old...

Sunny days

Yesterday was such a nice, warm sunny day. Kayla and I decided to take our kids to the park. I thought Aubrey could use this time to get some of her energy out. Here are the results from that:

She loved poking her head through this hole and saying peek a boo then giving me kisses. Such a sweetheart!!

She loved to play on the see saw.

We of course had to take a ride in the swings.

We had a really good time. I got a nice long nap out of her. 

I decided to start a blog. Everyone needs a place to let it all out right?
